The Hoshizaki IM-130PE-23 is a self-contained cube ice machine from the new-generation IM CUBE range. It makes up to 106kg of Hoshizaki's hard, slowly melting cubes every 24 hours and holds approx. 50kg in its bin.

The latest IM CUBE generation introduces a range of smart upgrades over the previous IM models. Enhancements include automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high grade stainless steel components, a magnetic DC pump motor with variable speed, and dedicated stand-by and wash buttons.

Internal components made from food-grade stainless steel (AISI 430) reduce wear and extend service life. Automated cleaning and an optional scoop holder kit support superior hygiene and food safety.
