Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide with eParcel (Australia Post).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Certain products may have a fixed shipping cost or free shipping. Shipping insurance is included free of charge. Our eParcel service is registered, trackable and fully insured, with signature on delivery.
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched. If you are not at the designated delivery location when the driver arrives, Australia Post will attempt delivery and either send a digital notification (via the AusPost app, email or SMS for MyPost account holders) or leave a physical card if digital details aren’t available. You will then need to collect the parcel from your local post office within 14 days.
- If the parcel is not collected within this time and is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for all return-to-sender charges and the cost to reship the order.
- We can send to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Points. Express Post is available if required for urgent deliveries.
- To authorise the driver to leave the parcel without a signature, please write ‘Authority to Leave’ in the Order Comments. By choosing this option, you accept full responsibility for any loss, damage or theft.
Order Pickup / Click & Collect
At the online order checkout (Delivery Method) you can select “Pick up” from our Blenders Online Brisbane Warehouse located at: 10/176 Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD. When you arrive at the warehouse press the buzzer at the warehouse door to collect your order.
Items may also be paid for and picked up at our Brisbane office/warehouse at 10/176 Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD. We have a showroom with our best-selling products on display.
Delivery Times
When your order has been processed and payment received, your order will usually be dispatched the same day or the next business day (please note: we are not open on weekends).

Returns Policy
At Blenders Online we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to provide an exchange, store credit, or refund for unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
An admin/restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be incurred for change-of-mind returns, no fee will be incurred for exchanges or store credits, or if the return is due to the product arriving damaged or faulty.
Change of Mind, Return Shipping & Charges
If you have changed your mind about a product you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, without writing/stickers on the box, must be packaged in a separate master box or wrapped in paper.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and risk, we recommend taking out shipping insurance and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not reimburse shipping charges, and if you received free or cheaper shipping on your order than our shipping cost, then you will not be reimbursed for what it cost us to ship the product/s to you with Australia Post.
If ordering through PayPal or AfterPay and wish to return or refund your order, you will not be reimbursed the merchant fees as they are not refunded by PayPal or AfterPay.
Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items
When you receive your order, if there are any missing, faulty or damaged items, our customer service department must be notified within 48 hours of your order's arrival. Please email us a photo and your order details within 48 hours to info@blendersonline.com.au and we will be happy to assist in replacing the items.
Do I need to keep the packaging from my order?
Yes please keep the packaging from your order for at least 2-4 weeks and do not dispose of it immediately. If a return request is required, our suppliers will not accept any items back if there is no packaging or if the packaging has been damaged.
