The Hoshizaki FM-750AKE Series Commercial Ice machine produces up to 530kg of flaked ice a day, which is often used to display fish, fresh food, and bottled beverages. In the medical field, flake ice is also used for organ transportation. Due to the unique auger system, the machine utilises the most efficient ice-making process, consuming equal water to ice production.
