Hallde Vegetable Preparation Machine - RG-50S

Save valuable prep time with the Swedish-built Hallde RG-50S veg prep machine. Able to prep up to 2kg of ingredients every minute (up to 80 portions/day), the RG-50S is great for smaller kitchens such as nurseries, care homes, small hotels or pubs which prep on-site.

A compact design was developed to suit smaller kitchens where it could be easily moved around and stored when not in use. Rotational speeds of the cutter is optimized for cutting fine and even slices, as efficiently as possible. Whilst the half-moon shaped feed accepts larger ingredients such as fennel, onions, carrots and mushrooms.

Blades are purposely sharpened to avoid inertia or the edge breaking off. Operation is simple and safe, with clear signage, it makes it easy for staff to use even during busy periods. Cleaning is easy too, as all loose parts can be washed in a dishwasher after use.
