Save valuable prep time with the Swedish-built Hallde RG-250 veg prep machine. Able to prep up to 10kg of ingredients every minute (up to 1000 portions/day), the RG-250 is great for high volume vegetable preparation where more than 50 different cuts are required.

Rotational speeds of the cutter is optimized for cutting fine and even slices, as efficiently as possible. Whilst the large half-moon shaped feed accepts larger ingredients such as fennel, onions, carrots and mushrooms. The RG-250 has the HALLDE Ergoloop which enables the user to work with both hands, quickening preparation time.

Blades are purposely sharpened to avoid inertia or the edge breaking off. Operation is simple and safe, with clear signage, it makes it easy for staff to use even during busy periods. Cleaning is easy too, as all loose parts can be washed in a dishwasher after use.
