A commercial stick blender, also known as an immersion blender or hand blender, blends soups, sauces, purees and batters directly in the pot, so there is no need to move hot food into a jug. This range runs from compact hand blenders for small batches to long-shaft models for large stockpots and tilting pans.

From Robot Coupe there are the MicroMix and Mini MP models for smaller kitchens, the CMP compact range, and the MP Ultra and MP800 Turbo models, including tilting pan versions and Combi power mixers that take both a blending shaft and a whisk. Sammic hand held liquidisers run from the compact XM-12 up to the XM-72, alongside Sammic whisk beaters and liquidiser and beater combination units. Hamilton Beach offers the IMH0228 commercial stick blender and the BigRig stick blenders in 14, 16, 18 and 21 inch lengths.
