It's always a case of trial and error when building the perfect smoothie so at Blenders Online we have put together some simple recipes for you to follow. You can sub out ingredients with other similar ones to suit your dietary needs. Simples!
For example you can use coconut cream or coconut yoghurt instead of normal yoghurt. Instead of nut butter you can use coconut butter and instead of banana you could use pear. The possibilities are endless! Be sure to blend your recipe in a quality blender so it's nice and smooth, you will find many on our website if you don't already own one.
