Fruity Chai Smoothie

Delicious. Easy and Decadent! What more do you want from a smoothie? This is the perfect recipe to snuggle up with on the couch and enjoy those chilly winters nights in your PJ's. Cheers everyone!
Fruity Chai Smoothie
Makes - 500mls
Serves - 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk or coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 x tiny pinch of nutmeg
- 1 x tiny pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 x tiny punch of ground cloves
- 1 x pinch of sea salt
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 1 cup Ice (if you wanted to drink this cold)
- 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla protein power
Optional Additions
- Hemp Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Probiotic Powder
Instructions
- Throw all ingredients into your blender in the order listed above.
- Secure the lid and have your tamper ready if needed.
- Blend on High speed until desired temperature
